Combine with herbal compliments of chamomile, elderflower, and ginger root.
Instructions for Use:
For Teas: Use 1-2 tablespoons of dried herbs per cup of boiling water. Add other herbs or use alone. Steep for 10-15 minutes, strain, add honey or lemon to taste. Enjoy!
