For Teas (Cold Infusion Recommended):
Use 1β2 tablespoons of dried marshmallow root per cup of cool or room temperature water. Let steep for 4β8 hours or overnight to allow the soothing compounds to fully release. Strain and enjoy as-is or with honey and lemon.
