Dried Goldenrod
Celebrate seasonal health with our Goldenrod. Known for its diuretic and anti-inflammatory properties, this herb supports urinary health and soothes allergies. Perfect for teas and tinctures. ๐พ๐
Uses: Allergy relief, urinary health, inflammation balance
We like to use this in herbal teas mixed with companion herbs such as elecampane, mullein, nettle or elderberry flowers.
Instructions for Use:
For Teas: Use 1-2 tablespoons of dried herbs per cup of boiling water. Add other herbs or use alone. Steep for 10-15 minutes, strain, add honey or lemon to taste. Enjoy!
If youโre new to herbal teas we always recommend adding the medicinal herb to a loose leaf tea you already love! We often use green tea, black tea or white tea leaves for our base of herbal teas and build our blends from there.
For Tinctures or Salves: Use the dried herbs to make your own tinctures, salves, or other herbal remedies as desired.
