Warm your senses with our dried Ginger Root, a versatile herb for digestive health and circulatory support. Use in teas, cooking, or tinctures for a zesty boost to your wellness. 🌶️💛

Uses: Digestive support, nausea relief, circulation boost

Herbal compliments include turmeric, lemon and we also like to combine it with lemon balm.

Instructions for Use:

For Teas: Use 1-2 tablespoons of dried herbs per cup of boiling water. Add other herbs or use alone. Steep for 10-15 minutes, strain, add honey or lemon to taste. Enjoy!

Since this is a root we recommend a long steep time to pull the plant constituents (fancy term for plant benefits) out of the plant.

If you’re new to herbal teas we always recommend adding the medicinal herb to a loose leaf tea you already love! We often use green tea, black tea or white tea leaves for our base of herbal teas and build our blends from there.

For Tinctures or Salves: Use the dried herbs to make your own tinctures, salves, or other herbal remedies as desired.
