Dried Anise Hyssop
Delight in the licorice-sweet aroma of our Anise Hyssop. Perfect for teas and herbal blends, this herb supports digestion and eases respiratory discomfort, while its soothing scent promotes calm and relaxation. 🌿🍵
Uses: Digestive support, respiratory health, calming teas
Herbal compliments include yarrow and basil.
Instructions for Use:
For Teas: Use 1-2 tablespoons of dried herbs per cup of boiling water. Add other herbs or use alone. Steep for 10-15 minutes, strain, add honey or lemon to taste. Enjoy!
If you’re new to herbal teas we always recommend adding the medicinal herb to a loose leaf tea you already love! We often use green tea, black tea or white tea leaves for our base of herbal teas and build our blends from there.
For Tinctures or Salves: Use the dried herbs to make your own tinctures, salves, or other herbal remedies as desired.
