Tip: Thyme makes an excellent fragrant ground cover that pollinators love when blooming. You can use the fresh leaves for cooking to flavor soups, meats, add to oils, flavor fresh vegetables, etc. Or you can hang the herbs upside down to dry and use the dried thyme for seasoning.
