Not only are their flowers packed with Vitamin C that are completely edible, but the vibrant colors add a beautiful touch to your garden or rock walls for trailing varieties. They also help keep pests away from vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower.

Tip: The flowers are loaded with vitamin C so you can simply snack on as you wish, use fresh flowers to add to salads, or top various dishes. They have a lovely, refreshing mildly pepper taste. You can also use Nasturiums to make teas or tinctures.
