Cymbopogon citratus - A ornamental grass well known and loved in the culinary and herbal world, Lemongrass is the perfect addition to a summer garden. Given the right environment it can reach heights of 4-6 feet tall! It requires very fertile soil so we recommend using lots of compost with our Georgia clay or planting in raised beds or containers. The leaves make a delicious tea to help support digestion, sleep, and the immune system. You can also use the bulbs in cooking for flavoring dishes or broths.
