Elderberry is truly a powerhouse plant growing as tall as 8-10 feet, boasting clusters of beautiful white flowers in mid-summer turning to deep black fruits. The flowers and fruit are packed full of antioxidants that you can use in a variety of ways.

Tip: Use the flowers in teas. The berries are toxic unless cooked so you can use the berries to make syrups, pies, jellies, or extracts. You can also dry the berries to use in herbal teas.
