Chives, Garlic
Allium tuberosum - Also known as Chinese Chives or Chinese Leeks, Garlic Chives are a late season bloomer from the onion family. Here in Georgia they’re an evergreen plant that spreads easily through its seeds and forms clumps that can be divided over time. The leaves resemble tall grass and the flowers bloom beautiful white clusters that pollinators love.
