Calendula officinalis - A bright and blooming annual herb favorite in the garden bed and the medicinal apothecary! Calendula has a high amount of antioxidants helping to fight inflammation, infections and bacteria. The sunshine blooms are a cheery sight in the garden blooming from spring to fall. 

Tip: Calendula has been shown to help heal wounds faster by increasing blood flow and oxygen to the area so it’s often used in healing salves. Because of its strong antioxidant powers, we like to add the dried petals to herbal teas.
