Borago officinalis - Nicknamed “Star Flower” or “Bee Flower” is an annual herb with edible flowers and living up to the hype of its nickname, has beautiful blue star shaped flowers that pollinators adore. Although the flowers are edible, the leaves are coarse and hairy.
